Delivery is £34.99 Zone 1 to Standard Areas (Please see Non Standard Area charges below) You must ADD the delivery surcharge detailed below to your order if your delivery address contains the following postcode prefixes:
Zone 2 + £10.00 London congestion zone. Zone 3 + £10.00 EX, TQ, PL, TR, SA. Zone 4 + £15.00 DG, EH, FK, G, ML, KY,TD, PA1 - 20, KA1 - 26, KA29
Zone 5 + £35.00 DD, PH, AB Zone 6 + £65.00 IV, KW
We do not deliver to any offshore premises but will deliver to nearest port or ferry terminal. Please allow 5-10 working days for delivery

Delivery times will vary depending on a number of factors including type of product ordered and whether it is an item that is carried in stock or a special order. As a general guideline, our standard delivery schedule is between 5-10 working days. For orders placed on the weekend or bank holidays, the estimated delivery time should be measured from the next working day. If you have any questions regarding your delivery please contact us. What is the delivery process? After you make an order, we will contact you by email or phone to arrange a convenient time for delivery. We won’t be able to deliver your order to you without a valid phone number! The carriers will require a signature for the goods at the delivery address, so somebody needs to be there until on the day of delivery. All our deliveries are insured 100% up to your door - please see terms and conditions below.
All items are covered by our insurance right up to the door of the delivery address. Drivers are NOT insured to take items inside any property. The items must be checked by the customer at the time of arrival and any items found to be incorrect or damaged in any way must be returned immediately for replacement. Any such incident should be clearly notified on the delivery sheet that the driver will ask you to sign before he leaves your address. Any items that are damaged and not returned with the driver become the customer’s responsibility. In the event that the item requires returning to the company, it will be at the customer's expense where that item was not returned with the delivery driver.
